Tatiana der Avedissian - Chair

Tatiana Der Avedissian (chair) is a communications and sustainability expert. She is head of business development for Economist Impact's World Ocean Initiative and sits on The Economist Group's sustainability steering committee. Der Avedissian runs her own consultancy and uses her expertise to advise and support other organisations with their strategic communication and business needs. She's advised the G7's Women 7 (W7) and G20's Women 20 (W20) on climate and gender policy recommendations.

Der Avedissian also serves on the board of other non-profits in the UK and globally. She is co-founder of The Armenia Project, co-president of Alkionides UK, co-president of the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Alumni Network and board member of the UK-Cyprus Enterprise Council. She has taught ethics and politics for the Escuela de Gobierno Universidad Hemisferios in Ecuador as a guest professor.

Richard Mourad Anooshian - Treasurer

Richard Mourad Anooshian (Treasurer) is a retired banker having worked nearly 30 years at JP Morgan Chase covering the Middle East & Africa in the Global Petroleum, International Capital Markets and Wealth Management divisions. He also held positions in Private Banking at HSBC and Barclays. He holds a BSc in Arabic from Georgetown University and an AM - Middle East Studies from Harvard University.

Aram Mooradian

Aram Mooradian is the director of Mooradian Studio, a London-based architectural practice specialising in sustainable residential, arts and retail projects. Aram graduated from the Architectural Association (AA) in London, where he subsequently taught between 2019-2023 and was a trustee of the AA from 2011-2015. He is the Director of Studies in Architecture at Downing College, Cambridge, and taught the graduate design studio in Architecture & Urban Design at the University of Cambridge between 2015-2022. Aram previously worked for Herzog & de Meuron in Basel and 6a architects in London on projects including the Juergen Teller Studio, which was nominated for the RIBA Stirling Prize in 2018. In 2022, Aram established Building Ways, an education and research group interested in heritage and the circular economy, which runs programmes in the UK and Armenia.

Stephen Masters

Stephen Masters is an IT consultant, with a background in designing, building and maintaining trading systems and web portals for the financial services industry and government. He became involved with AI through our Eastern Armenian lessons and is currently working on making the AI library catalog available online.

Arda Eghiayan

Arda Eghiayan is a former competition lawyer. She completed her training at Allen & Overy in London and Brussels, before working for the government regulator, The Office of Fair Trading. She is currently the Contracts Manager of the leading aesthetic medicine wholesaler and retailer in the UK. She holds a BA from Oxford University and an LLM from Kings College London.
