During lockdown, Theatre and Comedy Director Ed Stambollouian had time to expand his amazing repertoire of delicious recipes, as seen on his Instagram account, @londoncooking. In particular he took the time to explore his Armenian heritage through food: attempting his first basturma, sweet soujuk, lahmajun, lavash and eech. It also gave him time to develop his very own family dolma recipe (vineleaf dolma or sarma). Ed presented this workshop as a chance to share and talk about the different dolma or sarma recipes that Armenians and non-Armenians enjoy. See (our website) for more information.
