The Archives of the Armenian Institute contain papers, photographs, and memorabilia from prominent figures such as George S. Kurkjian who was a community leader. The collection includes correspondence, papers, photographs dated c. 1950 – 2000. Particularly significant: photographs of cultural and ecclesiastic life in Soviet Armenia. In 2021, St. Sarkis Church installed the George and John Kurkjian Memorial ‘Khachkar’ in it’s yard.
